Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–5 business days (up to 10 business days in peak periods), with tracking sent by email once your order ships. The final leg of Australian deliveries is usually handled by Australia Post.
After dispatch, most orders arrive within 5–14 business days in Australia and 7–15 business days internationally. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Standard shipping is free on orders of $150 or more. Under $150: $7.99 within Australia, $15 internationally. DHL or FedEx express is available on selected products to Australia and New Zealand — available options and prices are shown at checkout.

Change of mind: Contact us within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. Refunds to your original payment method are not available for change of mind. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, uncut and unaltered, with original packaging and any tags or hygiene seals intact. You pay the return postage.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described: Email us your order number with a clear photo and short video. We cover the return costs. Under Australian Consumer Law you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund — these rights are not limited to 14 days.

Yes, the extensions are suitable for any hair type.
Can the extensions be reused?

Yes. With proper care, clip-in, halo, ponytail and topper pieces can be worn many times. Tape-ins can be re-applied with replacement tape. How long they last depends on wear and care.

Human hair: Yes — use a heat protectant and keep tools at or below 180°C.
Synthetic (heat-resistant fibre): Only low heat — keep tools below 85°C (roughly the lowest setting). Higher temperatures can melt or frizz the fibre.
Check the product description to see which material you have. Heat-styled items can't be returned for change of mind, but this doesn't affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Human hair pieces can be dyed darker by a professional colourist (lightening isn't recommended). Synthetic pieces can't be dyed. Dyed or altered items can't be returned for change of mind.
